Scholarship Information

Scholarships providing in-state tuition are available to students pursuing study in many fields of agriculture. Students who actively compete in Meats Judging and Livestock Judging may receive additional financial aid through a combination of tuition scholarship and loan of books. The value of this scholarship is approximately $1600 per year. The books must be returned at the end of each semester. Recipients must maintain a 2.5 grade point average. Students who excel academically (3.5 GPA or better in high school) may be eligible for a Presidential Scholarship and the Honors Program which provide more scholarship benefits. Students should apply for scholarships as early as possible.

The college also covers the expense of students traveling to intercollegiate contests. Select students may also have the opportunity to reside at the Zahn Scholarship House, located on the college farm.
