The Red Devil Spirit Program is one of the most visible organizations on the Allen campus comprised of the Cheer Squad and FireStarters Dance Team.  The Red Devil Spirit Squad is a visible reminder of the pride and the tradition of Allen Athletics. We desire to be leaders in our sport as well as in the classroom. We are the support group for the Red Devil men's and women's basketball teams, as they perform half-time, and time-out routines at every home game along with on the sidelines. 

Being part of the Red Devil Spirit Squad means being enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours while sustaining a 2.0 GPA. During season we practice four day’s a week, plus our games. During off season we will practice 2 times a week with weekly workouts added in throughout the week, and also hold open gym time to work on specific skills that are a necessity to being an athlete on the Spirit Program. We attend UCA and UDA College camps during the summer that help us prepare for the approaching season, and this year the Firestarters will be attending Athletic Championships National Championship Series in Chicago, IL to compete for a National Champion title.

During the fall, the program supports the Red Devil soccer and volleyball teams.
