The 2008 commencement ceremony is scheduled for May 10th, 2008 in the college gymnasium. Graduates will meet at 9:45 a.m. in the A-Fishpond area. Doors open at 9:00 a.m. for guests.

Graduates will separate by degrees. Each graduate will be given an index card with his or her name and the degree they will be receiving printed on it. |
| 10:10 a.m. |
Graduates will line up in A-fishpond to begin processional to the gymnasium. |
| 10:25 a.m. |
Student marshals will lead the graduates to the gymnasium. |
| 10:30 a.m. |
Commencement exercises will begin promptly at 10:30. The ceremony will last approximately one hour. |
| 11:30 a.m. |
Outside reception for the graduates and guests. (The reception will be held in the student center if weather is not permitting.) |
Students who have ordered caps and gowns can pick them up along with announcements in the bookstore on the Iola or Burlingame campus. The Iola chapter of Phi Theta Kappa will pick up graduation regalia on Thursday, May 1st between the hours of 7:00 - 8:00 pm in room B23.

If additional announcements are needed, a package of 10 costs $10.00. They can be purchased from Bobbie Haviland in Iola or Anne Baer in Burlingame.
Students who have yet to order a cap and gown and would like to attend the graduation ceremony need to contact Bobbie Haviland as soon as possible.
