Allen Community College considers residential living a part of the total educational plan. Allen operates two residence halls that accommodate 150 students. Each room is designed for two students and each room shares a bath with an adjoining room. We currently provide high speed internet access in each room and shared internet access in the Red Devil duplexes and the Zahn Scholarship house.

The meal service consists of breakfast, lunch, and dinner served Monday through Friday with a brunch served on Saturday and Sunday. Meals are served in the cafeteria located in the Student Center.

Allen also offers individual apartment living for sophomores. These apartments are furnished with a refrigerator and stove. Students provide their own additional furnishings for the apartment. Each apartment has 3-4 roommates and the apartment complex holds 30 students.
