The Red Devil Duplexes are a series of five housing units located just across the street from the Iola campus. Full payment due prior to move-in date each semester.

Zahn Scholarship House

Located on the Allen Farm just outside of Iola, the Zahn Scholarship House is a modern log-cabin-style house with rural cable television available. It is normally reserved for Zahn Agricultural Scholarship recipients, but if there are any free rooms, they will open up to the general student body. Full payment due prior to move-in date each semester.

Masterson Hall

Masterson Hall was opened in August of 2007 and offers an apartment style resident hall. Four students will share two bedrooms, a full size kitchen, living room, and bath.
