Associate in Science with an Emphasis in Entrepreneurship

The Entrepreneurship Program at Allen provides present and future entrepreneurs the opportunity to become acquainted with the varying aspects of planning a new entrepreneurial venture. Students gain the knowledge and skills necessary for the success and sustainability of starting and operating an entrepreneurial business. Students learn concepts and strategies relevant to entrepreneurial philosophy, opportunity feasibility, financing, marketing, legal issues and business plan development. Students also have the opportunity to complete an internship with a local entrepreneur.

The Associate in Science with an Emphasis in Entrepreneurship degree track is a sequence of recommended business and general education courses designed to the meet most degree requirements for the first two years of study for entrepreneurship at Kansas Board of Regents universities.
