Welcome to Financial Aid @Allen!

How do I check the status of my financial aid?

Loans, grants and work-study programs are available according to need. Allen also provides scholarships for academic achievement and activity grants to students who demonstrate talent and ability in athletics, music, journalism, academic challenge team,  livestock judging, and Student Ambassador Program; 76% of full-time students at Allen receive some type of financial aid.

Your first step to secure financial aid is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Priority filing deadline for FAFSA is June 1 for the fall semester.  Priority filing deadline is November 1 for the spring semester.  The office of financial aid continues to process aid after the deadlines but will not guarantee aid to be in place for the semester of attendance if not submitted by the deadlines. Apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov

To expedite the process, designate Allen Community College as your school of choice on the FAFSA form. The results will be sent directly to our Financial Aid Office. Allen's school code number is 001901.
