Tuition and Fee Payment Policy

All tuition and fees must be paid by the first class meeting using cash, check, VISA, or Mastercard (Click here!).

Institutional Refund Policy

Day students on campus who withdraw on the day classes begin will be refunded 100% of tuition and fees; through the first full week of classes will be refunded 90% of tuition and fees; the second week 50% of tuition and fees; the third week through the 20th day of class 25% of tuition and fees. After the 20th day no refunds are given.

Evening, summer, and outreach students will be refunded 90% of tuition and fees if official withdrawal is made before the second class session; 50% of tuition and fees before the third class session; and 25% before the 4th class session. No refunds will be given after the 4th class session.

Telecourses are scheduled with one orientation session and four regular class sessions. A 90% refund will be made to students who withdraw before the first regular class session. No other refunds apply.

The date used to calculate a refund is the date the student officially withdraws in the Registrar's office or upon receipt of correspondence from the student indicating their status as being withdrawn. Refunds should be requested from the business office at the time of official withdrawal.

Students receiving Title IV, HEA program assistance may fall under a different refund policy. Please see Financial Aid office for assistance.

Procedures for Refunds

A day class student must obtain a drop/add form from the Administration office. This form must be approved and signed by the advisor and then signed by the bookstore manager to show that rental textbooks have been returned. The completed form must then be presented to the Registrar's office. Evening and outreach students must call or write the:
