ALLEN'S COVID-19 PANDEMIC PLAN
AS OF MARCH 8, 2022
I. This plan applies until further notice.
II. The College will follow state and county health recommendations.
III. All College facilities will be open to the public during operational hours.
IV. Classes will be delivered online, concurrently in high schools, and onsite at the Burlingame and Iola campuses.
V. Masks are welcome in all buildings. The College will continue to monitor the CDC Community Levels and will take appropriate action if necessary.
VI. All students and employees are highly encouraged to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
VII. Nonessential travel may resume, but none to KDHE listed quarantine locations without following state guidelines when returning.
VIII. Non-vaccinated students and employees are encouraged to take their temperature before coming to campus.
IX. An employee or student who is exhibiting any of the symptoms of COVID-19 should stay at home and contact their physician.
X. Employees and students should become familiar with suggestions and recommendations of CDC, KDHE, Osage County Health Department, and SEK Multi County Health Department.
The administration will make a determination of how and when our restrictions will be phased out based on recommendations of the CDC, KDHE, Osage County Health Department and SEK Multi County Health Department.
Other restrictions may be initiated at any time if required by National, State, or County governmental agencies.
