Allen’s associate degree in Mathematics prepares students for successful transfer to university study by providing a solid foundation in essential mathematics, algebra, statistics, and calculus.  With a degree in Mathematics, students’ career goals may focus toward becoming an accountant, educator, statistician, technician, economist or market researcher.

The degree track is a sequence of recommended mathematics and general education courses designed to meet most Mathematics degree requirements for the first two years of study for Kansas Board of Regents universities, and for private university Mathematics degrees in Kansas, so that students may transfer into the university at the junior level.  Graduation with this degree helps to assure that successful transition.
