Proctored Exams - Non-Allen Student

This service is available in Iola and Burlingame.
Non-Allen students may ask Allen staff to proctor online or paper/pencil exams from their colleges or universities. You must arrange for your own proctoring, set up your own appointments and, if necessary, provide any documents or websites for the proctor to fill out in a timely manner.

Can I take my exam on a walk-in basis?
No. All proctored exams require an appointment.
How soon do I need to make my appointment?
Proctored exams require a minimum of two (2) business days’ notice when making an appointment.
What if I need accommodations during testing?
Most accommodations still only require two business days’ notice for an appointment. However, if you require a test reader, test scribe or other accommodations, you will need to make testing appointments a minimum of one week in advance.
I am not an Allen student. Can I still have my test proctored in Testing Services?
Yes. Please just schedule an appointment with the Advising and Enrollment staff.
How do I get my test sent to Testing Services?
All non-Allen students must make their own arrangements with their employer, school and/or instructor to have their exam or exam instructions sent to the following email at dalbini@allencc.edu prior to their scheduled testing appointment.
What photo ID do I need to take a proctored exam?
All proctored exam appointments must follow the photo ID guidelines of the exam you are taking.
