Thank you for your service to our country and welcome to the Allen Active-Duty Military & Veteran Services homepage. This office serves students using VA educational assistance through the Post 9/11 GI Bill®, Montgomery GI Bill®, Reserve Educational Assistance Program, Dependents Educational Assistance, VRAP and VA Vocational Rehabilitation in conjunction with their enrollment at Allen.

Allen Community College Credit for Military Training

Enrollment Certification

NEW OR TRANSFER STUDENT:
Complete and submit the New Student Data Sheet for Veterans Educational Assistance and then contact us to obtain other required paperwork and/or schedule a new student Veterans information session.

CONTINUING/RETURNING ALLEN STUDENT:
Complete and submit the Veterans Recertification Worksheet after you have enrolled in your classes. *This form must be submitted to the Allen Veteran Services Office each time you enroll for a new semester.*

GUEST STUDENT FROM ANOTHER COLLEGE:
Request a parent school letter from your current institution’s Veterans Certifying Official to be sent to the Allen Veteran Services office. Complete and submit the Veterans Recertification Worksheet. *BOTH forms must be received to certify enrollment.*

CURRENT STUDENTS CALLED TO ACTIVE DUTY

Please notify the Veteran Services Office immediately and submit a copy of your orders. You will need to follow the standard Allen withdrawal policy for dropping your classes. Active Military Duty Request to Withdraw
