ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCY

POSITION:

ADJUNCT INSTRUCTOR IN ALLIED HEALTH

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Adjunct Instructor in Allied Health will teach Certified Medication Aide and other related Allied Health courses as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must hold a current Kansas Registered Nurse license for a minimum of two years and have a minimum of two years full-time clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (not LPN).  Instructor approval to teach Certified Medication Aide courses from the Kansas Department of Aging and Disability Services is required.

Please note that requirements to teach other Allied Health courses may differ. 

LOCATION:

Course work online through distance education

Clinicals onsite through licensed and approved adult care facilities in Kansas

SALARY:

$600 per credit hour

STARTING DATE:

January 21, 2020
