Airport Transportation

Allen Community College offers students transportation to and from the Kansas City Airport at the beginning and end of each semester.  Dates will be posted on the Allen website one semester in advance.  The shuttle service will be $20 for each individual flight, and students are required to sign up online at least one week prior to their flight to guarantee a seat on the shuttle. Individualized transportation will not be arranged.  If schedule does not accommodate flight schedule of a student, other arrangements for transportation are the responsibility of the student.

 

End of 2023 Fall Semester:  

A vehicle will depart Allen by the gym at the following times:

·       December 16, 2023 (Saturday): 7:00 am

·       December 17, 2023 (Sunday): 7:00 am

·       December 18, 2023 (Monday): 7:00 am

Beginning of 2024 Spring Semester:  

A vehicle will depart the Kansas City International Airport Arrivals Curb at the following times:

·       January 12, 2024 (Friday): 7:00 pm

·       January 13, 2024 (Saturday): 7:00 pm

·       January 14, 2024 (Sunday): 7:00 pm

End of 2024 Spring Semester:  

A vehicle will depart Allen by the gym at the following times:

·       May 11, 2024(Saturday): 7:00 am

·       May 12, 2024 (Sunday): 7:00 am

·       May 13, 2024 (Monday): 7:00 am

Early Students 2024 Fall Semester: (Volleyball, Soccer, Cross-Country, and All International Students)

A vehicle will depart the Kansas City International Airport Arrivals Curb at the following times:

·       July 29, 2024 (Monday):  7:00 pm

·       July 30, 2024 (Tuesday):  7:00 pm

·      July 31, 2024 (Wednesday): 7:00 pm

Beginning of 2024 Fall Semester:

A vehicle will depart the Kansas City International Airport Arrivals Curb at the following times:

·       August 14, 2024 (Wednesday): 7:00 pm

·       August 15, 2024 (Thursday): 7:00 pm

·       August 16, 2024 (Friday): 7:00 pm
