Airport Transportation
Allen Community College offers students transportation to and from the Kansas City Airport at the beginning and end of each semester. Dates will be posted on the Allen website one semester in advance. The shuttle service will be $20 for each individual flight, and students are required to sign up online at least one week prior to their flight to guarantee a seat on the shuttle. Individualized transportation will not be arranged. If schedule does not accommodate flight schedule of a student, other arrangements for transportation are the responsibility of the student.
Early Arrivals and ALL International Students:

· July 30, 2026 (Thursday): 7:00 PM
Fly-In Beginning of Fall 2026 Semester:
· August 11, 2026 (Tuesday): 7:00 PM
· August 12, 2026 (Wednesday): 7:00 PM
· August 13, 2026 (Thursday): 7:00 PM
Fly-Out at the End of the Fall 2026 Semester
A vehicle will depart Allen by the gym at the following times:
· December 9, 2026 (Wednesday): 7:00 AM
· December 10, 2026 (Thursday): 7:00 AM
· December 11, 2026 (Friday): 7:00 AM
Fly-In at the Beginning of the Spring 2027 Semester
· January 13, 2027 (Wednesday): 7:00 PM
· January 14, 2027 (Thursday): 7:00 PM
· January 15, 2027 (Friday): 7:00 PM
Fly-Out at the End of the Spring 2027 Semester
· May 12, 2027 (Wednesday): 7:00 AM
