Airport Transportation

Allen Community College offers students transportation to and from the Kansas City Airport at the beginning and end of each semester. Dates will be posted on the Allen website one semester in advance. The shuttle service will be $20 for each individual flight, and students are required to sign up online at least one week prior to their flight to guarantee a seat on the shuttle. Individualized transportation will not be arranged. If schedule does not accommodate flight schedule of a student, other arrangements for transportation are the responsibility of the student.

End of 2026 Spring Semester:

A vehicle will depart Allen by the gym at the following times:

· May 14, 2026 (Thursday): 7:00 am

· May 15, 2026 (Friday): 7:00 am

· May 16, 2026 (Saturday): 7:00 am

Early Arrivals and ALL International Students:

· July 28, 2026 (Tuesday)

· July 29, 2026 (Wednesday)

· July 30, 2026 (Thursday)

Beginning of Fall 2026 Semester:

A vehicle will depart Allen by the gym at the following times:

· August 11, 2026 (Tuesday): 7:00 am

· August 12, 2026 (Wednesday): 7:00 am
