To access CANVAS for your online courses. 

Use your Microsoft 365 Credentials (Allen Student Email credentials) to log in to Canvas.

Student Email Login

Your username is StudentID@allencc.edu.  Your password is your 4x4.

Setup MultiFactor Authenticator (MFA)

Students can use myAllen to access transcripts, statements and fees, enrollment information, financial aid information, your student email and much more.  Your username and password is Student ID & 4x4.

Log in to myAllen

Allen students are provided access to the Microsoft office suite via the cloud, while enrolled in Allen classes.

If you wish to have desktop applications, you will need obtain the license yourself.

Instructional materials (textbooks):

Online class materials are available in your CANVAS course.

On-ground class materials are available upon request from the On Campus Bookstore.

• To request your physical materials for on-ground classes, please bring your student ID to the Bookstore.
• Student ID's can be obtained in Campus Services.
