Airport Transportation
Allen Community College offers students transportation to and from the Kansas City Airport at the beginning and end of each semester. Dates will be posted on the Allen website one semester in advance. The shuttle service will be $20 for each individual flight, and students are required to sign up online at least one week prior to their flight to guarantee a seat on the shuttle. Individualized transportation will not be arranged. If schedule does not accommodate flight schedule of a student, other arrangements for transportation are the responsibility of the student.
Early Students 2022 Fall Semester: (Volleyball, Soccer, Cross-Country, and All International Students)
A vehicle will depart the Kansas City International Airport terminal B at the following times:
· August 1, 2022 (Monday): 10:00 pm
· August 2, 2022 (Tuesday): 10:00 pm
· August 3, 2022 (Wednesday): 10:00 pm
Beginning of 2022 Fall Semester:
A vehicle will depart the Kansas City International Airport terminal B at the following times:
· August 19, 2022 (Friday): 10:00 pm
· August 20, 2022 (Saturday): 10:00 pm
· August 21, 2022 (Sunday): 10:00 pm
End of 2022 Fall Semester:
A vehicle will depart Allen by the gym at the following times:
· December 17, 2022 (Saturday): 7:00 am
· December 18, 2022 (Sunday): 7:00 am
· December 19, 2022 (Monday): 7:00 am
Beginning of 2023 Spring Semester:
A vehicle will depart the Kansas City International Airport terminal B at the following times:
· January 2, 2023 (Monday): TBD
· January 13, 2023 (Friday): 10:00 pm
· January 14, 2023 (Saturday): 10:00 pm
· January 15, 2023 (Sunday): 10:00 pm
End of 2023 Spring Semester:
A vehicle will depart Allen by the gym at the following times:
· May 13, 2023 (Saturday): 7:00 am
· May 14, 2023 (Sunday): 7:00 am
· May 15, 2023 (Monday): 7:00 am
