Due to Covid last year this will be a new rule, each school will be one team per contest. You may have as many individuals on a team as you like, all team members will be eligible for individual awards. Each schools top 3 individuals will count as your team score for all contest. For FFA teams you will use your chapter or school # on the scan form. If you are a 4H team we will use number beginning with number #801 and go up from there we will keep a spreadsheet on the scorer’s table to let them know what number goes with what team.

We will have Awards presented to the top 2 teams and top 3 individuals and ribbons to the top teams 3rd through 5th and ribbons to 3rd through 10th individuals. We will be using the scanning system for all events this year. Please read through the CDE events to be sure your teams are prepared.

Contestants may enter more than one event unless the event times conflict. You will need your entire team present to start a contest. All individuals on the team are eligible for all awards.

Students will need pencils and nonscientific calculators. Cell phones are to be turned off and put away. Any attempt to use a cellphone by an event monitor will disqualify a contestant. There will be no talking during the contest.

All events will be using scan forms, all contestants are expected to bring their own forms or forms may be purchased at registration for $2 each. Lunch will NOT be provided.

Floriculture scantron is not Form C, it is now Texas Regular Horticulture CDE# 105482 Form.

Attn: Aggie Days Participants: Our Great Western Dining Services is offering meals for participants and coaches the day of the contest on campus. It will be a full meal with drink, hot dog or hamburger, chips and dessert for only $5.00 each. If this is something your group may be interested in email This will help the dining hall prepare.
